1️⃣ ‌Pre-Installation Preparation‌

• Required tools:
  • 3/4" drive torque wrench (150-300Nm range)
  • Bearing puller set (50-100mm jaw opening)
  • SINOTRUK special tool ST-2210A for synchro engagement

2️⃣ ‌Removal Process‌

• Drain transmission oil completely
• Disassemble gearbox housing using 14mm hex key (counterclockwise rotation)
• Mark original shim positions with paint pen for reassembly reference

3️⃣ ‌Gear Installation‌

• Apply Molykote G-5002 assembly paste to gear teeth (0.1mm thickness)
• Alarge installation sequence:
  1. Main shaft → 2. Counter gear → 3. Reverse idler
• Torque specifications:
  • Gear retaining bolts: 180±5Nm (grade 10.9)
  • Bearing locknuts: 220Nm + 90° rotation
