Keep Your Suspension Stable: Sinotruk HOWO Rear Stabilizer Bushing (99100680066)
When you’re operating a heavy-duty truck like the HOWO or Steyr series, the suspension system takes a massive beating. If you’ve started noticing unusual rattling or a “loose” feeling when cornering, it’s often the rear stabilizer bar bushings that have worn out.
Our 99100680066 bushing is a direct OEM replacement designed to restore the original handling of your vehicle. Unlike cheap aftermarket rubber that cracks under heavy loads, this genuine Sinotruk part uses a reinforced rubber compound that handles extreme temperature fluctuations and constant friction. It acts as the critical pivot point for your stabilizer bar, ensuring that the torsion forces are properly managed across the rear axle.

Tips for Installing the 99100680066 Bushing:
Safety First: Secure the truck on a level surface. Since you'll be working near the rear axle, use heavy-duty jack stands to support the chassis.
Remove the Bracket: Unscrew the mounting bolts from the stabilizer bar U-bracket. You may need a penetrating oil (like WD-40) if the bolts are rusted.
Inspect the Bar: Once the old bushing is out, clean the stabilizer bar surface. Any grit or rust left behind will chew through your new bushing quickly.
The "Dry" Rule: We recommend not using petroleum-based grease on the rubber surface, as it can cause the rubber to swell and degrade. Use a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
Alignment: Slide the new 99100680066 bushing onto the bar and reposition the bracket.
Torque: Tighten the bolts to the manufacturer’s specified torque. Check again after the first 500km of driving to ensure everything has seated correctly.
