If you’ve noticed increased cabin vibration or a rattling sound when driving over rough terrain, it’s often the lower mounting bracket of your cab shock absorber that has suffered structural fatigue. This Genuine Sinotruk HOWO Lower Bracket (Part No. WG1671430143) is specifically designed to provide a stable, secure foundation for the cabin’s suspension system.
Manufactured from high-strength nodular cast iron, this bracket is built to withstand the constant vertical stresses of heavy-duty hauling. Unlike cheap aftermarket casts that can crack under extreme temperature changes or heavy impacts, our OEM part ensures the correct geometry is maintained between the chassis and the cab. This doesn’t just improve driver comfort—it also protects other sensitive electronic components within the cab from excessive vibration damage.

How to Install the WG1671430143 Lower Bracket:
Tilt the Cab: Safely tilt the truck cabin to the fully open position and ensure the safety locking bar is engaged.
Remove the Shock: Unbolt the lower mounting bolt of the cab shock absorber from the existing bracket. You may need a breaker bar if the bolt is seized due to road grime.
Detach the Old Bracket: Remove the bolts securing the WG1671430143 bracket to the chassis frame.
Clean the Surface: Use a wire brush to clean any rust or debris from the mounting surface on the chassis. This ensures a perfectly flat fit for the new bracket.
Secure the New Part: Bolt the new bracket into place. We recommend using thread-locking fluid (like Loctite) on the main bolts to prevent loosening from engine vibration.
Reassemble: Reconnect the shock absorber to the new bracket and torque all bolts to Sinotruk’s factory specifications.
