‌Pre-Installation Preparation‌

1. ‌Required Tools‌

   • SINOTRUK special service tool ST-0987 (cover alignment fixture)
   • Torque wrench 10-120Nm range (calibrated within 6 months)
   • Digital depth gauge (0.01mm resolution)

2. ‌Consumables‌

   • ThreeBond 1215 sealing compound (50g tube)
   • 10W-30 assembly lubricant (50ml)

‌Installation Procedure‌

‌Step 1: Old Component Removal‌

• Drain gear oil completely via 24mm drain plug (minimum 45° tilt angle)
• Mark original bolt positions with alignment punch (every 90°)
• Remove circlips using JIS-standard retaining ring pliers

‌Step 2: Surface Preparation‌

1. Clean mating surfaces with non-woven abrasive pad (120-180 grit)
2. Apply sealant in continuous 2mm bead:
   • Inner diameter area: 3mm offset from edge
   • Bolt holes: full perimeter coverage

‌Step 3: Assembly Installation‌

• Verify gasket compression: 0.8-1.2mm (use depth gauge measurement)
