Installation Guidelines for 080V03901-0378 Cylinder Head Gasket:​​

​​Surface Preparation:​​ Ensure both cylinder head and block surfaces are perfectly clean, flat, and free from old gasket material
​​Flatness Check:​​ Verify cylinder head flatness (max 0.1mm warpage across entire surface)
​​Component Inspection:​​ Check head bolts for stretching and replace if necessary
​​Cleanliness:​​ All debris must be removed from bolt holes and coolant passages

​​Installation Steps:​​
​​Positioning:​​ Place gasket on block with correct orientation (part number facing up)
​​Lubrication:​​ Apply light oil to head bolt threads and washers
​​Torque Sequence:​​ Follow Sinotruk's specific torque pattern in three stages:
First pass: 50 Nm in proper sequence
Second pass: 90 Nm in same sequence
Final pass: Additional 90° angular turn
​​Coolant System:​​ Refill with proper coolant mixture and bleed air from system

​​Initial Operation:​​ Run engine at idle until operating temperature reached, then retorque head bolts after cool-down
