Installation Tips – WG2203040030 Gearbox Input Shaft:

• Always drain transmission oil before disassembly.
• Remove clutch assembly and pressure plate to access the gearbox.
• Pull the existing input shaft carefully—inspect bearings and syncros during removal.
• Lubricate new spindle with GL-4 or GL-5 gear oil before insertion.
• Ensure pilot bearing in crankshaft is in good condition; replace if worn.
• Reassemble in reverse order; torque all fasteners to factory specs (refer to Sinotruk service manual).
• Refill transmission with recommended oil volume (~6–7 liters, depending on model).
