- Hydraulic press (10-20T capacity)
- Torque wrench (50-150Nm range)
- Wire brush and degreaser
- LOCTITE 243 threadlocker

- Secure cabin in tilted position using hydraulic support system
- Clean mounting surfaces with acetone (remove grease/rust)
Removal Process
Step 1: Old Bushing Extraction
❶ Apply penetrating oil (WD-40) to corrosion areas
❷ Use hydraulic press to push out worn bushing
- Maintain alignment within 2° deviation
- Heat surrounding area to 80-100°C if stuck
