Genuine SINOTRUK VG1560080276 fuel injector for HOWO trucks. OEM replacement for MC11 and MC13 engines. Direct fit, no coding required.
When your HOWO truck starts smoking, misfiring, or guzzling more fuel than usual, you might blame the turbo or ECU — but often, the real culprit is hiding inside the cylinder head: a failing injecteur de carburant, especially the VG1560080276 unit used across MC11 and MC13-powered T7H, C7H, and A7 models.
This genuine SINOTRUK fuel injector isn’t just a nozzle — it’s a precision-engineered component responsible for delivering the exact amount of diesel at the right moment, under extreme pressure (jusqu'à 1,800 bar), ensuring clean combustion and maximum power. Each spray hole is laser-drilled to ±5-micron accuracy, creating a fine mist that burns completely — reducing soot, improving efficiency, and extending DPF life where applicable.

Always relieve fuel pressure before removing any injector. Disconnect the battery negative terminal first, then bleed pressure via the manual pump or Schrader valve on the rail. Remove the fuel line using a 17mm open-end wrench — replace copper sealing washers every time. Unscrew the hold-down bolt carefully; don’t drop it into the cylinder head. Lift the old injector straight out — inspect for carbon buildup or wetness indicating leakage. Clean the bore thoroughly with a non-metallic brush. Install the new VG1560080276 injector with a new copper washer, seat it gently, then torque the clamp bolt to 25–30 Nm. Reconnect fuel line and electrical connector securely. After reassembly, crank the engine without starting to prime the system. Once running, check each injector for leaks — even a small drip can cause hot-start issues or fire risk. Use a diagnostic tool to clear any fault codes and confirm stable rail pressure.
