Notas de instalação:
Turn off the engine and allow it to cool before starting work.
Locate the intake system between the air filter housing and turbocharger compressor inlet.
Loosen clamps securing the old WG9525195003 bellows at both ends (typically 76mm connections).
Carefully remove the old bellows, checking for cracks, oil saturation, or collapse.
Inspect mounting brackets and clean flange surfaces of debris or carbon buildup.
Position the new flexible bellows ensuring correct orientation (smooth side toward air filter).
Reinstall clamps and tighten securely — do not overtighten to avoid crushing the rubber.
Reconnect any breather hoses or sensor lines if routed through the assembly.
Start the engine and listen for whistling noises indicating air leaks.
