Never work on the ABS system with air pressure still in the lines. Before replacing the WG9000360515 solenoid valve, shut off the air tank isolation valve and drain all pressure. Disconnect the battery ground terminal to prevent ECU faults during installation. Carefully unplug the electrical connector — inspect for corrosion or moisture, which can trigger false error codes. Remove mounting bolts and extract the old valve without damaging adjacent tubing. Install the new unit using new copper sealing washers and tighten fittings to 25–30 Nm. Reconnect wiring securely and use dielectric grease to protect the connection. After installation, use a diagnostic tool to reset the ABS control module and perform a self-test cycle. Test drive at low speed (above 15 km/h) to confirm system activation and ensure no warning lights remain on.
