How to Install the WG9725542041 Exhaust Pipe on SINOTRUK HOWO Trucks:
Cool Down Engine: Never work on a hot exhaust system. Allow engine to cool completely before starting.
Lift Vehicle if Needed: Use jack stands to safely access undercarriage components (for rear/mid-pipe variants).
Remove Heat Shield: Unbolt metal heat shielding around the exhaust section using 10–13mm sockets.
Loosen Flange Bolts: Apply penetrating oil to rusted flange bolts between the turbo outlet and exhaust pipe. Loosen gradually to avoid breakage.
Disconnect Downpipe or Flex Joint: If equipped with flexible coupling, unbolt it carefully. Support the pipe as it may be heavy.
