50T hydraulic floor jack with safety lock
1/2" drive torque wrench (80-300Nm range)
LOCTITE 263 high-strength threadlocker
Molybdenum disulfide grease (NLGI Grade 2)
Vehicle Preparation
❶ Disconnect negative battery terminal
❷ Engage parking brake and chock rear wheels
❸ Tilt cabin to 45° position using hydraulic support system
2. Removal Procedure
Step 1: Disassembly Sequence
Remove 8x M16 flange nuts (120Nm torque) from pivot brackets
Detach hydraulic tilt cylinder linkage
Mark alignment positions with paint pen for reassembly reference
Step 2: Shaft Extraction
Apply controlled heat (150-200°C) to housing using induction heater
