Verify bearing bore diameter (φ120H7 tolerance) using bore gauge
Sealing Procedure
Apply LOCTITE 518 flange sealant in continuous 3mm bead
Maintain 5mm clearance from oil passages

Step 1: Base Alignment
Position housing on engine block using 4x M14 pilot bolts
Initial torque: 40Nm in cross pattern (followed by 80Nm final torque)
