Clean mating surfaces with wire brush (ISO 8501-1 St2 standard)
Torque Specifications:
Manifold-to-engine bolts: 45-50 Nm (33-37 ft-lbs) in crisscross pattern
Turbocharger connection: 60-65 Nm (44-48 ft-lbs)
Post-Installation:
Run engine at idle for 15 minutes to allow thermal expansion
Re-torque after first 500km of operation
