‌Préparation‌

• ‌Required Tools‌:

  • Torque wrench (recommended torque range: 20–50 N·m)
  • 13mm and 16mm sockets
  • Anti-seize lubricant (for bolts and threads)
  • Clean cloth and degreaser

• ‌Safety Precautions‌:

  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface with brakes engaged.
  • Disconnect the battery to avoid electrical hazards.

‌Étapes d'installation‌

1. ‌Remove the Damaged Bracket‌:

   • Use a 13mm socket to loosen and remove the ‌four bolts‌ securing the old bracket to the fender and chassis.
   • Carefully detach any connected wiring harnesses (if applicable) and set aside.

2. ‌Prepare the Mounting Surface‌:

   • Clean the chassis and fender contact points with degreaser to remove dirt and rust residues.
   • Apply a thin layer of anti-seize lubricant to the bolt threads.

3. ‌Install the New Bracket‌:

   • Align the AZ16D423000286 bracket precisely with pre-drilled holes on the chassis and fender.
   • Secure using the original bolts (or provided replacements) and tighten sequentially in a cross pattern.
   • Final torque: ‌28–32 N·m‌ (refer to Sinotruk chassis assembly specifications).

4. ‌Reconnect Components‌:

   • Reattach any wiring harnesses or auxiliary parts removed earlier.
   • Verify bracket alignment by gently closing/opening the fender panel.

‌Chèques post-installation‌

• Perform a visual inspection for gaps or misalignment between the bracket and fender.
• Test fender stability by applying light manual pressure.
• Reconnect the battery and conduct a short test drive to confirm no abnormal vibrations
