  • Anti-seize lubricant (for bolts and threads)
  • Clean cloth and degreaser

• ‌Safety Precautions‌:

  • Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface with brakes engaged.
  • Disconnect the battery to avoid electrical hazards.

‌Installation Steps‌

1. ‌Remove the Damaged Bracket‌:

   • Use a 13mm socket to loosen and remove the ‌four bolts‌ securing the old bracket to the fender and chassis.
   • Carefully detach any connected wiring harnesses (if applicable) and set aside.

2. ‌Prepare the Mounting Surface‌:

   • Clean the chassis and fender contact points with degreaser to remove dirt and rust residues.
   • Apply a thin layer of anti-seize lubricant to the bolt threads.

3. ‌Install the New Bracket‌:

   • Align the AZ16D423000286 bracket precisely with pre-drilled holes on the chassis and fender.
