- SINOTRUK special tool S399171ZF201 (shift fork installation tool)
- 15mm/17mm dual-head torque wrench (50-180Nm range)
- Dial indicator with magnetic base (0.01mm precision)
- Consumables:
- Molykote G-5002 assembly paste (50g tube)
- 80W-90 GL-5 gear oil (15L minimum)
Step-by-Step Installation Process
1️⃣ Disassembly Precautions
- Drain transmission fluid completely through 24mm hex drain plug
- Mark original shim positions with alignment punch (every 120°)
- Remove circlips using dedicated pliers (non-reusable component)
2️⃣ Shaft Assembly Installation
- Apply assembly paste to splined surfaces (0.05-0.1mm d'épaisseur)
- Align shift fork with synchro sleeve using guide pin ST-22A:
- Red alignment mark → towards transmission front
- Torque sequence:
- Boulons de montage M12: 80Nm → 110Nm (cross pattern)
- Locknut: 150Nm + 30° angle tightening
