Before installing the Weichai cylinder head (1004022875), thoroughly clean the engine block surface and inspect for warpage or cracks. Use a new OEM-spec head gasket and follow the official tightening sequence in 3–4 stages (Par exemple, 50 Nm → 100 Nm → final angle torque). Always replace the stretch-type head bolts — reusing them can lead to uneven clamping and gasket failure. After assembly, refill coolant, bleed air, and run the engine at idle before loading.
