1. Pre-Installation Preparation
Required Tools & Materials
- 50T hydraulic floor jack with safety lock
- 1/2" drive torque wrench (80-300Nm range)
- LOCTITE 263 high-strength threadlocker
- Molybdenum disulfide grease (NLGI Grade 2)
Vehicle Preparation
❶ Disconnect negative battery terminal
❷ Engage parking brake and chock rear wheels
❸ Tilt cabin to 45° position using hydraulic support system
2. Removal Procedure
Etapa 1: Disassembly Sequence
- Remove 8x M16 flange nuts (120NM Torque) from pivot brackets
- Detach hydraulic tilt cylinder linkage
- Mark alignment positions with paint pen for reassembly reference
Etapa 2: Shaft Extraction
- Apply controlled heat (150-200° c) to housing using induction heater
- Use press-fit tool (PN HT-5512) with 10° alignment tolerance
