Genuine SINOTRUK VG1095094002 24-volt alternator for HOWO T7H, C7H, and A7 trucks. OEM replacement with full charging system compatibility.
When your SINOTRUK HOWO’s battery keeps dying overnight or warning lights pop up on the dash, don’t assume it’s the battery — more likely, the culprit is the alternator, especially if you’re running auxiliary systems like refrigerated units, winches, or long-haul lighting.
El VG1095094002 24V alternator is the genuine factory-fitted unit used across HOWO C7H, T7H, A7, and ZZ1257 series trucks, delivering a solid 120 amps of clean power to keep batteries charged, ECU systems stable, and cold starts reliable — even after days of stop-and-go driving or idling with PTO engaged.
Built to original SINOTRUK specifications, this alternator features a heavy-duty rectifier bridge, reinforced rotor shaft, and sealed ball bearings designed to handle constant vibration and extreme temperatures. The compact, efficient design integrates seamlessly with the D12/MC11 engine layout, while the internal voltage regulator ensures consistent output whether you’re hauling freight in the Sahara or climbing mountain passes in Peru.
Unlike generic replacements that overheat or fail within months, the original VG1095094002 maintains stable voltage under load, preventing damage to sensitive electronics like GPS trackers, ADAS systems, or digital instrument clusters. It’s also fully compatible with standard diagnostic tools used in SINOTRUK service centers.
We see too many operators lose thousands in downtime because they installed a cheap aftermarket alternator that couldn’t keep up. This one charges strong, lasts longer, and keeps your truck running — day after day.

Always disconnect the battery before working on the charging system — start with the negative terminal. Loosen the drive belt tensioner and remove the serpentine belt from the alternator pulley. Disconnect the main power cable (usually red, 16mm²) and the 2-pin plug (sense and ground). Remove mounting bolts carefully — these are often tight due to vibration. When installing the new VG1095094002 unit, align it properly before tightening to avoid belt misalignment. Pernos de par para 35–40 Nm and re-tension the belt to manufacturer spec (typically 50–60 lbs deflection). Reconnect wiring securely and check for any rubbing between cables and moving parts. After starting the engine, measure voltage at idle — should read 26.8–27.6V under no load. If voltage is low, inspect grounding points and belt tension.
