Pre-Installation Preparation

Surface Inspection
- Check flange flatness with 0.02mm feeler gauge (max allowable gap)
- Verify bearing bore diameter (φ120H7 tolerance) using bore gauge

Sealing Procedure
- Apply LOCTITE 518 flange sealant in continuous 3mm bead
- Maintain 5mm clearance from oil passages
Installation Sequence
Melangkah 1: Base Alignment
- Position housing on engine block using 4x M14 pilot bolts
- Initial torque: 40Nm in cross pattern (followed by 80Nm final torque)

Melangkah 3: Post-Installation Verification

Critical Warnings
