This genuine SINOTRUK intercooler hose connects the turbocharger outlet to the intercooler inlet, carrying pressurized, hot air before it’s cooled and sent into the engine. Always relieve boost pressure before working on the intake system. Disconnect the battery ground to prevent accidental ECU errors. Loosen the two hose clamps at each end of the old WG9925530058 hose using a 7mm socket or screwdriver. Carefully pull the hose off the turbo outlet and intercooler inlet — don’t pry with metal tools, which can damage soft couplings. Clean any oil residue or carbon buildup from the mating flanges. Install the new OEM hose by hand, ensuring it seats fully on both ends. Reuse only if clamps are in perfect condition; otherwise, replace with new OEM-style worm-drive clamps. Tighten to 2.5–3.0 Nm — over-tightening can crush the silicone-reinforced walls. After installation, inspect for kinks or twists. Start the engine and check for whistling noises under load — a sign of air leaks. Use soapy water on joints to detect small leaks.
