Pre-Installation Preparation

Required Tools
- SINOTRUK special service tool ST-0987 (cover alignment fixture)
- Torque wrench 10-120Nm range (calibrated within 6 tháng)
- Digital depth gauge (0.01mm resolution)

Consumables
- ThreeBond 1215 sealing compound (50g tube)
- 10W-30 assembly lubricant (50ml)
Installation Procedure
Step 1: Old Component Removal
- Drain gear oil completely via 24mm drain plug (minimum 45° tilt angle)
- Mark original bolt positions with alignment punch (every 90°)
- Remove circlips using JIS-standard retaining ring pliers
Step 2: Surface Preparation
- Clean mating surfaces with non-woven abrasive pad (120-180 grit)
- Apply sealant in continuous 2mm bead:
- Inner diameter area: 3mm offset from edge
- Bolt holes: full perimeter coverage
